The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid upon check-in. 1.3 All payments are to be made in local currency (EGP), unless otherwise specified. 1.4 Any additional services or charges during the stay must be settled prior to departure.
2.1 Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. 2.2 Early check-in or late check-out requests may be granted based on availability and could incur additional charges. 2.3 Guests are required to provide a valid ID or passport at the time of check-in.
3.1 Free cancellations are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date for most bookings.
